I made the Pink Tower & Brown Stair Mats a while ago for Xander after seeing another blog mom make extensions with construction paper cutouts. Ava is now using them, and will graduate from these onto design cards. I have a few more mats in the works combining the Brown Stair & Pink Tower. Xander loves working with the more advanced design cards.

She is absolutely loving the Brown Stair & Pink Tower extension apps for the iPad, and also Tangrams.
This pink basket with handles is super soft plastic, and very easy for her to carry. I bought it at the dollar store. The pink mat is a yoga mat, we often use yoga mats for all kinds of play, crafts and Montessori floor work. You can cut them down, but we leave them longer as our children sometimes wish to play together.
