I thought it would be fun for Xander to label their Zoo and Wildlife sets for a change, and some reading practice.
Xander had great fun with this, and there were a few challenges with new words. While the grammar farm is certainly the most popular, you really can use any miniature environment your child may find most interesting or as in our case perhaps use more than one.
I used many words from our grammar farm collection and then made several of my own to add in, it took little time to do so.
The zoo is a Heritage Playsets Wildlife Park. The other set is the Playmobil Safari Rangers Hut. There are several other figures from various other play sets added in as well.
We put all of our labels on a tray.
I traced the table and cut foam puzzle mats for the top to protect the wood, they have seen a great amount of use. This table always has some sort of Playmobil action setup.
This was a LOT of cards a took a bit of time to complete, but he was so proud when he was finished!
He counted all of the words he had read, he was so excited!
