Snowflake Magnify & Match Activity

 This is a fun activity that both of our kids loved! I made a set of four tiles so that we could play as a family. These guys love to match snowflakes on their own, or we play together and see who can match the tiles to the cards first 😃

I laminated a larger snowflake control card, and then made a tiny version. The small version of flakes were cut into small tiles that could be magnified and matched. 

There are many holiday themed activities like this, and I like them because they are inexpensive and easy to make. They are wonderful to adapt to any season or holiday.  

This type of activity helps to develop visual recognition of symbols, patterns, order, and memory.
